| TERMS OF SERVICE |

Before you fill out the commission form or contact me regarding commissions, make sure you read this whole list so you know what to expect ♡

  • I accept 100% of the payment upfront for commissions $10 or under.

  • For any commission over $10, 50% will be paid upfront and 50% will be paid after the commission is complete.

  • I have full rights to the image (posting, using on my portfolio) If you don't want me using the image, it will cost 50% of the commission price.

  • You need to tell me if you are using my work commercially. I am well within my right to take legal action against you if you use my work to make money without my permission.

  • I have the right to decline your commission.

  • If at any point during the commission process past the sketch phase we decide that we are not a good fit for each other, 50% of the full commission price will be refunded.
